      By signing up for this or any Sunsana Retreat, I agree to the following:

      Assumption of Risk:

      • I understand that participating in yoga classes, meditation sessions, and other physical activities during the retreat involves certain inherent risks. I am aware that yoga exercises and activities could result in injury. I voluntarily assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation.

      Physical Health:

      • I represent and warrant that I am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the retreat activities. I agree to inform the organizers of any medical conditions or physical limitations I may have that could affect my participation in the yoga retreat.

      Release of Liability:

      • I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Stacey Kelly-Gil, its owners, instructors, employees, or agents for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any act or failure to act during my participation in the yoga retreat.

      Photography and Video Release:

      • I hereby grant Stacey Kelly-Gil and subsidiaries the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or videos of me taken during the retreat for promotional materials, social media, and other marketing purposes.

      Personal Belongings:

      • I am solely responsible for the security of my personal belongings during the retreat. Stacey Kelly-Gil is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

      Complaints:

      • I agree to first discuss and attempt to resolve any complaints or issues with the retreat leader directly, and not third parties.

      Code of Conduct:

      • I agree to treat all people, animals with respect, kindness and love. I agree to do no harm to people, and the retreat property. I agree to adhere to and follow all laws in the country of the retreat. I understand that participation in the retreat activities is optional and I may opt out at anytime, and that no refunds will be issued, should I choose not to participate.

    • CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

      We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and your plans might change. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our yoga retreat:

      1. Cancellation Policy:

      a. Cancellation by Participant:

      • If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund of the total retreat cost, excluding a non-refundable deposit of $600 of the total retreat price.

      • Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

      • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

      • No refunds due to COVID-19 isolation guidelines.

      b. Cancellation by the Organizer:

      • In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of the retreat cost. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, travel insurance, or other related expenses.

      2. Transfer Policy:

      • If you are unable to attend the retreat, you have the option to transfer your reservation to another person. Please notify us at least 14 days before the retreat start date with the details of the new participant. A transfer fee of $100 will apply.

      3. Early Departure or No Show:

      • No refunds will be provided for participants who arrive late, leave early, or do not show up for any reason.

      4. Retreat Changes:

      • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or activities for any reason, or reasons beyond our control. If such changes significantly impact the overall experience, participants will be notified, and appropriate refunds or credits will be issued.

      5. Travel Insurance/Documents:

      • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected situations, such as illness, travel delays, or emergencies that may prevent you from attending the retreat. You are responsible for providing required travel documents for entering and exiting any countries in which you will be traveling through on route to and from the retreat, as well as any Visa, immunizations and so forth.

    • PAYMENT POLICY

      Payment:

      • Prices listed are per person, per sleeping spot, unless otherwise listed, and are limited to include room and board, meals while at the retreat during the retreat dates, and the activities listed within the retreat schedule. 

      • NOT INCLUDED: flights, transportation to and from the retreat centre, excursions, spa services, experiences, meals away from the retreat centre, alcohol, villa staff gratuities, and other charges will be paid for by attendees, and are not the responsibility of the retreat organizers. Attendees are responsible for any additional fees for card payment processing (PayPal, etc). 

      Accommodations:

      • In some cases, accommodations may be shared and you may be paired with a new friend. We will do our absolute best to accommodate roommate requests. It is best advised to book together, if possible. 

      Deposit & Payment of Fees:

      • A non-refundable deposit of $600 in order to secure your spot, with 50% of the balance to be paid by June 1st and the balance due by September 1, 2025. Early Bird savings of 5% off the total price if paid in full by E Transfer or PayPal by May 31, 2025.
