Terms of Service
By accessing and participating in our retreats, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings and Payments
Deposits are non-refundable and due upon booking. Final payments are due at least 60 days before the retreat. Please refer to your retreat booking for payment due dates. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat are eligible for a full refund, minus the deposit.

Cancellations made 89-61 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund, minus the deposit.

Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another participant for a $100 transfer fee.

3. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any health conditions prior to the retreat. Sunsana Retreats is not responsible for any injuries incurred on the retreat and recommends consulting a physician if you have health concerns. All participants must sign a waiver prior to participating in any retreat activities.

4. Intellectual Property
All content provided on this site is property of Sunsana Retreats. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
