You arrange your own flights/transport to and from the retreat centre, but we provide clear guidance on getting there, plus options for shared transfers if available. Once you're in the retreat space, everything flows smoothly.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policies are fair and compassionate—just check the specific retreat's terms. If you let us know early, we’ll do our best to assist. You can also transfer your spot to someone else for a $100 CAD admin fee.

Can I experience extra modalities or one-on-one sessions outside the regular retreat itinerary?

Yes, absolutely—and many find these add a beautiful layer of personalization. Stacey, as a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, offers optional extras like one-on-one coaching, sound healing, Ayurveda-inspired sessions, breathwork, or other supportive modalities. These happen outside the group schedule (e.g., during free time or by arrangement) and are available for an additional fee. They're completely optional, designed for those craving deeper, tailored support while keeping the core retreat flow intact for everyone. Some retreats will have spa services available.
