About

This self-guided program helps women reconnect with their physical selves after periods of burnout or feeling disconnected. You will learn to recognize subtle internal signals and stop the habit of pushing through physical fatigue or discomfort. Through a combination of body awareness exercises, reflective prompts, and gentle movement suggestions, the course provides tools to build a more responsive relationship with your body.
