About

I created this program because I see so many women in midlife—dealing with perimenopause, career stress, and family shifts—who feel like they are running on an exhausting loop. You might notice the same reactions or overthinking patterns cropping up, leaving you frustrated and disconnected. In this self-guided journey, we focus on nervous system regulation to help you move from a state of high-alert to one of calm clarity. We will look at why you get stuck and use journaling and somatic practices to shift those old emotional patterns. You will gain simple, daily tools to interrupt the cycle and choose a different response in the moment, allowing you to move forward with a grounded sense of self.
