A Transformational Retreat in Puerto Ángel, Mexico
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a carefully held space for deep inner work, reflection, and renewal.
Set on the Oaxacan coast in Puerto Ángel, Mexico, this immersive experience is designed for those who feel called to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level through presence, embodiment, and intentional practice.
The retreat itself runs from November 16–20, 2026, with accommodations and meals provided from the evening of November 15 through the morning of November 21, allowing time to arrive, settle in, and transition out gently.
Guests will fly into Huatulco International Airport (HUX), followed by a scenic 48 minute drive along the coast to our retreat home.
The Setting
Our retreat takes place in a private, hilltop villa overlooking the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by nature and open sky. The setting is quiet, expansive, and deeply calming, chosen intentionally to support inward focus and emotional safety.
The presence of the ocean invites the nervous system to soften and the body to settle. Comfort here is not about excess, but about creating an environment that allows you to rest, regulate, and fully engage in the work.
There are five king-size suites, each with air-conditioning and a private ensuite bathroom. Rooms are priced by the room and offer a peaceful place to retreat between sessions to support both rest and integration.
The Work
This is not a vacation retreat.
From Monday, November 16 through Friday, November 20, we move through an intentional, progressive arc of deep inner work. The days are structured to support transformation through workshops, breathwork, somatic practices, and intentional movement.
There are no planned excursions. The depth comes from staying present, slowing down, and committing fully to the process. By remaining in one place, free from outside distractions, the work is able to deepen naturally and unfold at a pace that feels supportive rather than rushed.
You can expect practices that support the release of stored emotions and long-held tension, while gently regulating the nervous system and reconnecting you to your body. Throughout the retreat, we create space for deep, meaningful conversations, inviting honest sharing in a supportive and confidential container.
Journaling and guided reflection are woven into the experience, offering space for insight, clarity, and integration. Breathwork and somatic practices help move what has been held beneath the surface, while intentional movement such as yoga, stretching, and meditation supports grounding, presence, and rest.
Time is intentionally built in for quiet reflection and integration, ensuring the work has room to settle rather than be rushed or bypassed.
Nourishment as Part of the Practice
Food is an essential part of this retreat.
All meals are prepared onsite by the same exceptional private chef from our previous retreat experience. Every dish is made from scratch using organic, locally sourced ingredients, chosen to support digestion, energy, and emotional balance.
Meals are approached as ritual and nourishment, with moments of mindful eating woven into the retreat. Food becomes another way we practice presence, connection, and care for ourselves. There may also be an intentional cooking experience, offering insight into preparing food with awareness—practices you can take home with you. Dietary restrictions and allergies will be adhered to respectfully.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for those who feel a quiet pull toward something more.
You may sense that something is missing, or that life has been asking you to slow down, listen more closely, or make a shift. Perhaps you’re ready to work through old emotions or patterns, or you’re simply curious about a different way of living and being—one that feels more aligned, embodied, and intentional.
This experience is for those who are open to reflection, honest self-inquiry, and deep inner exploration. You don’t need to have answers. You don’t need to be stuck. You only need the willingness to show up for yourself and engage in the process.
This is not about escaping your life. It’s about returning to it more fully.
Daily Rhythm
Each day follows a gentle, intentional rhythm designed to support deep inner work, integration, and rest. While no two days are exactly the same, the structure creates a steady container that allows the nervous system to settle and the work to unfold naturally.
Mornings begin slowly and with intention, gathering for meditation, and gentle movement such as yoga or stretching to awaken the body and create presence. These practices help ground the nervous system and set the tone for inward focus.
After breakfast, there is time for journaling, quiet reflection, or simply being, allowing insights from the morning practice to land.
Late mornings and early afternoons are dedicated to facilitated workshops, somatic practices, and guided inquiry. These sessions invite exploration beneath the surface, supported by group conversation and embodied practices that encourage awareness and release.
A casual lunch anchors the middle of the day, followed by time to rest, journal, or reflect quietly.
Afternoons offer lighter structure, allowing space for integration, personal reflection, self-guided outings, or rest.
Evenings bring the group back together in a softer, more reflective way, with nourishing dinner followed by gentle practices such as meditation, breathwork, or shared reflection to help settle the day’s work.
What You Take With You
This retreat is not about creating a temporary high or a momentary sense of relief. The intention is to support changes that quietly weave themselves into your daily life.
Many participants leave with a deeper sense of clarity about themselves, their needs, and what feels truly aligned. There is often a feeling of lightness in the body, as long-held tension or emotional weight begins to soften, alongside a renewed openness in the mind.
You’ll take with you practical tools for self-regulation, reflection, and embodied awareness and other practices you can return to when life feels busy, overwhelming, or disconnected. Just as importantly, you’ll leave with a stronger connection to your inner wisdom and a greater trust in your own capacity to navigate change.
There is also the shared understanding- meaningful conversations, honest connection, and the reminder that you are not alone in your questions or growth. For many, this sense of connection continues well beyond the retreat itself.
What unfolds here doesn’t end when you return home. It becomes something you live with.
