How to Revive Your Gut Health – Workshop with Ali J. Chernoff, HBSc., RD

 

Your gut is at the centre of everything—from digestion and energy levels to hormones, mood, immunity, and long-term health. In this in-depth, educational, and approachable workshop, Registered Dietitian Ali J. Chernoff will guide you through the foundations of gut health and explain how it connects to hormonal balance, inflammation, metabolism, stress, and everyday symptoms many people struggle with but often normalize.

 

Ali brings over 15 years of clinical, corporate, and media experience and has a gift for breaking down complex nutrition science into practical, real-life strategies you can actually use. This is not a generic nutrition talk—expect evidence-based education, clarity, and actionable takeaways that support sustainable health changes.

 

During the workshop, Ali will also share and provide samples of some of her favourite supplements, electrolytes, and wellness products, explaining what to look for, how to use them, and who they are (and aren’t) appropriate for. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what truly supports gut and hormonal health—without overwhelm or misinformation.

 

The afternoon will wrap up with an open Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask Ali your personal questions in a supportive, educational environment.
