Most of us move through life with nervous systems that are constantly “on.” Between responsibilities, stress, stimulation, and the pace of modern life, the body often stays in a heightened state without us even realizing it. Over time, this can show up as tension, racing thoughts, poor sleep, emotional overwhelm, or simply a feeling that we can’t fully relax. But the nervous system is incredibly adaptable. With a few simple tools, we can begin to guide the body back toward balance. This free 5 day program introduces some of the foundational practices I teach through Sunsana workshops, classes, and retreats. Through a combination of nervous system education, breathwork, somatic awareness, and gentle reflection, you’ll begin to understand how stress shows up in your body and how to support it in returning to a more regulated state. Each day includes a short reading, a simple guided practice, and a moment for reflection. The practices are intentionally simple, taking only a few minutes each day, yet powerful enough to begin creating real shifts in how you feel. By the end of the five days, you’ll have a short daily routine you can return to anytime your body needs support. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about learning to listen to your body again.
