We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policies are fair and compassionate—just check the specific retreat's terms. If you let us know early, we’ll do our best to assist. You can also transfer your spot to someone else for a $100 CAD admin fee.

These happen outside the group schedule (e.g., during free time or by arrangement) and are available for an additional fee. They're completely optional, designed for those craving deeper, tailored support while keeping the core retreat flow intact for everyone. Some retreats will have spa services available.
