I always thought I understood breath. I’d been practicing yoga for years. I knew how to use it in movement, in meditation. But it wasn’t until Liz introduced me to breathwork in a deeper, more intentional way that I truly understood its power.

That session changed everything. Liz held the space so beautifully, and I followed the rhythm she guided us into. Within minutes, something shifted in me. I felt my body tremble, emotions rise, and waves of release I didn’t even know were waiting. It was humbling. Deep. Transformative.
I still have so much to learn about the tools we carry within us. But that day reminded me that healing doesn’t always need words. In that intimate circle, people released, softened, and shared without ever speaking. The room felt wrapped in safety and something sacred. We held each other simply by being present.
I can’t wait to bring this practice into future retreats. Breathwork has become a part of the journey I now share—a bridge between the physical and the emotional, the conscious and the unseen. And I’m so excited for you to experience it too.
Because sometimes, all it takes is one breath to begin again.
